Flag Football

Fast. Fun. For Everyone.

The Best Way to Start American Football

Flag Football is a non-contact version of American Football — perfect for kids aged 7–14. It’s fast, inclusive, and focused on skill development: throwing, catching, running routes, and teamwork — without tackling.

Whether your child is brand new to the sport or already loves it, Flag Football is a brilliant way to build confidence, fitness, and game understanding in a safe and supportive environment.

Why Join Flag Football

  • Non-contact and beginner-friendly — ideal for first-timers
  • Builds core skills: catching, throwing, footwork, and agility
  • Improves confidence, teamwork, and communication
  • Great all-round athletic development for other sports too
  • Fun, high-energy sessions with lots of involvement for every player

We keep it positive, structured, and exciting — the goal is that every kid leaves training smiling and improving week by week.

Skills. Confidence. Community.

Our Flag Football programme is built around giving kids a great first experience of the sport. Sessions combine skill drills, fun competitions, and simple game scenarios so players learn while they play.

Non-Contact & Safe

No tackling — defenders “pull the flag” instead. It’s fast-paced and safe, while still teaching real football concepts.

Fast Skill Progress

Learn to throw and catch, run routes, change direction, and work as a unit. Plenty of reps, lots of coaching, constant improvement.

Inclusive & Fun

Everyone gets involved — whatever their background or ability. We’re building confidence, friendships, and a love for the game.
